Solve Your City Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Solve Your City LLC, which operates Solve Your City. By browsing adventures, creating an adventure, creating an account, joining through a private play link, or playing as a guest or signed-in player, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Safety Agreement. The service is currently offered only in the United States.

Solve Your City provides story-driven outdoor adventures using maps, GPS, camera access, and Finder Mode. You are responsible for your surroundings, obeying laws and posted rules, and deciding whether conditions are safe. Never enter private or restricted property, cross barriers, drive while using the experience, or continue when conditions are unsafe.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or independently operate a guest session. A child under 13 may participate only while a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult authorized by the parent or guardian is present, operates the account and phone, controls device permissions, and manages the child's safety. A child under 13 may not create an account, independently operate the phone or a guest session, or submit personal information through the service. Participants who are 13 through 17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate, including when participating without a parent, guardian, or responsible adult physically present.

Guest play uses an anonymous identity tied to the current browser and server-side gameplay records. Clearing browser data or signing out may end access from that device, but does not necessarily delete records already held by Solve Your City.

Creating an adventure produces private group or team links. These are unlisted bearer links: anyone who receives a valid link may be able to join that session. Organizers are responsible for sharing links only with intended players.

Adventure descriptions, group sizes, prices, availability, and included access are presented before checkout and may change before an adventure is purchased. Paid adventures are one-time digital purchases processed through hosted Stripe Checkout. Solve Your City LLC does not receive or store full payment-card numbers or card security codes, but retains transaction, purchase-status, refund, dispute, and adventure-access records. We may suspend access while a payment dispute is open and revoke access after a full refund, chargeback loss, fraud, or payment reversal. A partial refund does not ordinarily revoke access.

If you complete an adventure while signed in, you may choose to submit a review. Submitting a review requires your consent for Solve Your City to use your first name, rating, and approved review in marketing. Reviews are moderated before publication. You may withdraw an approved review at any time; it will no longer be presented as public marketing after the next storefront update.

Solve Your City and its content, design, software, and branding are owned by or licensed to the service operator. You may use the service only for personal, lawful, noncommercial participation in an adventure. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, bypass access controls for, or misuse the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

GPS, maps, compass readings, camera tracking, Finder Mode, and network services can be delayed or inaccurate. Solve Your City is not a navigation, emergency, or safety system. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you assume the risks of outdoor and location-based play, including injury, property damage, getting lost, trespass claims, fines, or disputes caused by unsafe conduct, conditions, third parties, or inaccurate device data.

If you separately and explicitly opt in through an initially unchecked marketing control, and confirm that you are at least 18 and live in the United States, you may receive occasional Solve Your City emails about new adventures, city launches, and special offers. An offer or adventure-alert signup also joins this general marketing list and records the specific offer or adventure interest described when you sign up. Creating an account or purchasing an adventure does not subscribe you, and marketing consent is not required to browse, create an account, purchase, or play. You may unsubscribe at any time. Password resets, receipts, purchase fulfillment, and other requested service messages are transactional and do not depend on marketing consent.

If you opt in to the First Adventure Offer, you may receive a 25% discount for one eligible paid Solve Your City adventure. The code is tied to your confirmed account email, expires 90 days after first successful delivery, is non-cash, non-transferable, may not be combined with another offer, and is limited to one use. After a full refund, we may issue one replacement code with a new 90-day period if you remain eligible; a partial refund does not produce a replacement.

Solve Your City may also issue limited complimentary access codes for selected adventures. A valid complimentary code covers one eligible adventure for the confirmed account that redeems it, subject to the campaign schedule, adventure restrictions, account limit, and overall redemption cap shown or communicated with the offer. Complimentary codes have no cash value, are nonrefundable, may not be combined with another offer, and may be paused or revoked for fraud, abuse, resale, or other misuse. Revoking complimentary access does not create a refund or automatically restore a campaign redemption.

Solve Your City is provided as-is and as-available. Features, adventures, and availability may change or be discontinued. Accounts, content, sessions, or access may be suspended or removed when use appears unsafe, unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. For material changes, Solve Your City may also provide a prominent website notice, email registered account holders, or require renewed acceptance before continued use, as appropriate.
