Solve Your City Safety Agreement

By using Solve Your City through an account or as a guest, you agree that safety comes before gameplay. Stay alert, look where you are going, obey laws and posted instructions, and stop immediately if a place, route, person, animal, weather condition, or other circumstance feels unsafe.

Do not enter private property without permission, cross barriers, ignore signs, climb structures, approach traffic or train tracks, enter construction or restricted areas, go near dangerous water or ledges, use the experience while driving, or continue during severe weather or poor visibility.

A child under 13 may participate only while a parent, legal guardian, or another responsible adult authorized by the parent or guardian is present, operates the account and phone, controls device permissions, and manages the child's safety. Participants who are 13 through 17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate, including when participating without an adult physically present. Parents, guardians, and responsible adults must decide whether an adventure, route, weather condition, and level of supervision are appropriate. Every participant must follow these rules, use good judgment, and obey applicable laws.

Clues and virtual objects are entertainment, not instructions to take an unsafe or unlawful route. You are never required to enter a building, leave a public path, touch a physical object, or place yourself at risk. If a clue appears to lead somewhere unsafe or inaccessible, stop and contact the organizer or support.

Solve Your City depends on GPS, compass, maps, camera tracking, Finder Mode, and network services that can be wrong, delayed, or unavailable. Never rely on the experience as a safety, navigation, or emergency system.

Outdoor activity can involve serious risks including falls, collisions, traffic injury, drowning, heat or cold exposure, illness, theft, assault, getting lost, property damage, and death. You voluntarily assume these risks and agree that Solve Your City, its operators, adventure organizers, and other players are not responsible for harm caused by unsafe conduct, dangerous conditions, third parties, or inaccurate device data to the fullest extent allowed by law.

If you do not agree to these safety rules, do not create, join, or play Solve Your City adventures.
